      RENO— The Aggies beat the University of Nevada 3-1 on Thursday night after a couple of tense sets.       LOGAN— Senior All-American Liz McArthur had 11 kills to lead Utah State’s volleyball team to a three-set win against Louisiana Tech (25-15, 25-17, 25-22) here Saturday.       LOGAN—USU Volleyball won the match against New Mexico State 3-2 after going back and forth all night. New Mexico was 18-5 this season coming into the game tonight while USU was 9-13, so it was a big win for USU.   USU came out strong in the first set, though New Mexico made them work for their points.           LOGAN— Slow starts to matches have plagued Sky View all season, and last week it finally caught up with the Bobcats and cost them their first region game.         LOGAN— With veteran leadership on their side, the Utah State Volleyball team defeated the Fresno State Bulldogs in a Western Athletic Conference match-up Thursday night.   Despite a slow start, the Aggies rebounded to beat Fresno State 3-1.   With Josselyn White still sidelined with an ankle the Aggies young line-up struggled. The team was starting four freshmen alongside outside hitter Liz MacArthur.         OGDEN— The Mountain Crest Mustangs were on the road Thursday night to take on the Bonneville Lakers in an important Region 5 match up, but came up short losing to the Lakers 3-1.   The match was a battle, and each game was close.
